Playful · vinyl-needle-drop opening

Groovy Love

A 70s listening room in orange, pink, mustard and walnut: your names are the album, the record drops onto the turntable, spins up, and the needle lands.

A sunny, playful 1970s invitation built around a walnut-and-aluminium turntable. Before the tap, your names are printed as the album on a cocoa-brown sleeve with rainbow sunset stripes and a 'new release' sticker sealing it shut, framed by a sunburst wall and a rainbow halo. One tap tears the sticker, the record slides out of its sleeve, floats over the deck and drops onto the platter; it spins up to 33⅓, the cue lever lifts, the tonearm swings across and the needle lands — and the whole room lights up as the first chord plays and music notes float out of the groove. Inside: wavy psychedelic lettering, liner notes on an inner sleeve, the families in the credits, a flip-clock radio counting down, a 45 single you can spin and scratch, every event as a track on the tracklist with calendar, directions and dress code, a clip-out request-line RSVP that earns a gold record, and a Side B sunset to close.
