What we collect

Account holders: email, name and a securely hashed password; the invitation content you enter; order records. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. Guests: only what they type into an RSVP (name, reply, guest count and anything optional they choose to add). We store a one-way hash of the guest’s IP address to limit spam — never the address itself.

What guests can see

Published invitations show only the content you entered. The purchaser’s email, orders and RSVP responses are never exposed on the public invitation. Invitations are excluded from search engines.

Analytics

We count invitation views per browser session to show you a view count. We don’t use advertising trackers on invitations.

Your rights

You can export your RSVPs at any time and ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have further rights, which we honour.
